Frequently Asked Questions
How early should I book my reservation?
We fill up months in advance of most major holidays and summer weekends. We recommend you
make your reservation as early as possible.
What vaccinations are required?
We require proof of yearly vaccination for Rabies and DHLP from your veterinarian.
Bordetella (also known as Canine Cough) is required every six months, regardless if injectable or intra-nasal).
The owner is responsible for providing proof of vaccinations.
Vaccination history needs to be provided prior to or on the day of drop off (pets will not
be accepted without proof).
Should I bring my dog own food?
620 Pet Resort feeds Eukanuba low residue, which is included in the cost of boarding. If you feel
your pets stomach is too sensitive, feel free to bring in his or her food.
Also, if you are boarding a puppy we recommend you bring the puppy food.
What should I bring in with my pet?
Besides vaccination records, you are not required to bring anything else. If you bring any personal
items, you must understand that they may not be returned or may not be in the same condition you left
them. We make every effort to take care of personal items, but it's not always possible to
seperate out personal laundry items.
How much exercise will my pet receive?
All of our suites include at least 20-30 minutes group playtime three times daily,
weather permitting. If your pet does not get along with other dogs, is geriatric, or has health
problems, they will get yardtime alone.
What is 620 Pet Resort's standard of care?
620 Pet Resort views pets as important, loving members of your family. For that reason we are
committed to providing secure, safe, and sanitary accommodations. We also strive to provide
professional supervision and loving care.
What holidays is the pet resort closed?
620 Pet Resort provides care to our animal guests every day of the year, but our office is closed New Year's Day,
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If Christmas Eve and
New Year's Eve falls on a weekday, we will close at noon on that day.
Do I leave my leash?
We ask that owners take their leashes with them to avoid being misplaced.
Does 620 Pet Resort offer extended stays?
Please call for extended stay details and rates.
